Our Services
At Form & Function, services are flexible. We typically start by utilizing the steps below to structure our projects. Please note that not all projects will require all of the steps; we will fast path small projects.
Intake
We ask all clients to complete a brief questionnaire prior to meeting with the Form & Function Staff. The questions are designed to help us get to know you, and provides you with a chance to articulate what types of services would be most helpful. This step positions us all to make the best use of the consultation discussion.
We do not charge for our review of the questionnaire.
Consultation & Estimate
The consultation is a conversation that varies in length based on the expected scope of work. You will confidently leave the consultation with goal statements and a detailed estimate for the work.
There is a required, initial deposit of $100.00 paid prior to the consultation that covers the meeting and preparation of your estimate.
Once you have approved your estimate, design and planning begin. The design includes collecting measurements, research, sourcing materials, preparing drawings of the space, etc.
Some clients may opt to implement the design themselves, while others will engage our staff.
When you receive your estimate, it will include arrangements for payment.

The implementation step is for those clients who would like Form & Function to fully arrange for, or directly execute the designs.
All fees for materials will be paid at the time the order is placed.
