Our Services
At Form & Function, services are flexible. We typically start by utilizing the steps below to structure our projects. Please note that not all projects will require all of the steps; we will fast path small projects.
Intake
We ask all clients to complete a brief questionnaire prior to meeting with the Form & Function Staff. The questions are designed to help us get to know you, and provides you with a chance to articulate what types of services would be most helpful. This step positions us all to make the best use of the consultation discussion.
We do not charge for our review of the questionnaire.
Consultation & Estimate
The consultation is a conversation that varies in length based on the expected scope of work. You will confidently leave the consultation with goal statements and a detailed estimate.
For all projects, there is a required, initial deposit of $100.00. Should the consultation require fewer than 60 minutes, a prorated credit will be applied to the cost of the project should it proceed. Any additional fees will be outlined in the estimate and a portion will be paid prior to work starting.
The design includes time and preparation of any required documentation. This includes collecting measurements, drafting detailed design drawings, research and sourcing for necessary materials, etc.

Implementation
The implementation step is for those clients who would like Form & Function to fully arrange for, or directly execute the designs.
Materials fees are paid prior to implementation.
