Meet the Form & Function Family

The owner is an organizational development, effectiveness, and change management consultant who has supported global organizations through significant transformations. After completing her MA at UNM, she led projects at consulting firms, Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, institutions of higher education, and non-profit organizations around the world for over 30 years. Parts of her work include assessing physical layout and work environments, coaching change leaders, and addressing needs of thousands of individual stakeholders during difficult times. She has always had a passion for applying some of the same theory and concepts to creating functional homes, and for years has been sought out by friends, family, small business owners, and realtors. She is excited to officially open up part of her professional practice for families in her community.

Serving as co-designer and project manager is her daughter, who is completing her degree at UNM with an emphasis on fine art and design. She has antique and collectables, and cataloguing experience. She got her start in the business by completing a community service project furnishing a home for a family fleeing domestic abuse. The additional Tool Kit she created will also help others follow in her footsteps, providing the same service for additional families. She also supports organizations such as Girls on the Run in Albuquerque.

Also joining the family is a close knit network of specialists who advise and support projects on an “as needed” basis.
